Išmok ir sportuok: pilvo preso raumenų stiprinimo pratimas
Sporto ir sveikatingumo centro „Atėnai“ kineziterapeutė Irma Morkūnienė pristato pratimą, kuris stiprina pilvo raumenis.
1. Atsigulkite ant nugaros, kojas sulenkite per kelius, rankas uždėkite ant galvos.
2. Pakelkite galvą ir viršutinę kūno dalį į viršų. Natūraliai kvėpuodami išbūkite tokioje padėtyje, kol suskaičiuosite iki 10. Pratimą kartokite 6-8 kartus.
